Arenova CTF is currently in a testing phase. These terms, privacy policy, and rules may be modified at any time and without prior notice. You are responsible for staying up to date with the current terms.
Challenge Rules
Permitted Activities
- Web scraping and automated data collection from challenge-related domains (*.arenova-ctf.com)
- Reverse engineering of challenge components
- Using tools, scripts, or artificial intelligence to assist you in solving challenges
Prohibited Activities
- Social engineering or phishing attempts against Arenova Capital staff, its affiliates, or other participants
- Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or any actions that may disrupt the platform
- Attacking or attempting to compromise infrastructure outside of designated challenge scope, including that of Arenova Capital and its affiliates (e.g. arenova.com, dm-fx.com)
- Sharing your account, using someone else's account, or creating multiple accounts
- Sharing information about the challenge or puzzles with others
- Enlisting other people or artificial intelligence to directly solve challenges
- Any other activities that Arenova Capital, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or unethical
Terms of Service
Agreement
- You will abide by these terms, the Challenge Rules, and any additional guidelines provided by Arenova Capital
- You are at least 18 years old
- Arenova Capital may modify any aspect of the challenge at its sole discretion
- Arenova Capital reserves the right to disqualify or take any other action against participants that violate these terms
- Neither participation in this challenge, winning a reward, nor being selected for an interview constitutes an offer of employment or any promise of a future employment relationship with Arenova Capital
Disclaimers & Limitations
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Arenova Capital is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the challenge
- You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with your local laws and regulations
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Arenova Capital is headquartered (Dallas, TX)
